Shipping + Returns

Shipping:

Your new art piece will be sent within 10 working days of your purchase. Each wall art is individually wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sent in a sturdy cardboard tube. For the A3 art size, if will be flat packed with a sturdy back board.  

Domestic/Australian Orders:

Joyace art + objects offers free shipping on all domestic orders within Australia. Once your wall art is ready for dispatch, shipping may take up to 8 business days depending on your location.

We use Australia Post parcel post to send our items. We will notify you via email with a tracking number once your order has been sent. Should you need EXPRESS POST there will be an additional charge, please get in touch directly at: joyacestudio@gmail.com should you need to fast track your order.

International Orders:

A flat fee of $25AUD for all international orders for up to 5 items.

Import taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are calculated according to your shipping destination and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Incorrect Address:

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be advised by email and you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver the order. We are not responsible for missing or lost orders due to incorrect address details.

Returns:

Please open your package with care. Should you receive a defected or damaged piece, we apologise. Please get in touch within 10 days of receiving your order via joyacestudio@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, details of the damaged item and a clear photo of the issue. Once we have this, we will let you know the next step.

Our prints are refundable within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as received and within the original packaging. When returning the wall art, please ensure you have suitable postal tracking. We are not held accountable for any items that may get lost.
